Back To Work!

Today I had to get back to work, and Sir Kingsley had no problem with that.  He is just fine with laying by my wheelchair while I work on emails and phone calls for PAD!  He was so great that we took a break for a little more than an hour to play outside.  We filled his pool (this time about 4 - 5 inches deep) and filled it with toys.  He got reinforcement for retrieving toys from the pool and onto the deck (just a little brain game!).  Here is a little video of him being silly :)

After playtime we hung out outside until he was dry, then came back inside to work until dinner.  I saved a few pieces of my steak for treats because after dinner, we did grooming.  We trimmed nails, cleaned ears, and brushed his coat.  He was the BEST puppy i've ever worked with, literally - loved having his ears cleaned!!  Leaned in for it!!  The steak was just the icing on the cake for him, because the entire act of the mini grooming was a treat!  Tomorrow he goes to the Salty Dog for his first full grooming!
